Uneven feeding from the feeder leads to uneven filter cake thickness: check if the porous plate inside the feeder is deformed and replace the porous plate. If the filter cake thickness is too thick, greater than 30mm, and the gypsum processing amount exceeds the design value, adjust the slurry amount.
