Device Introduction
The GBF fixed disc vacuum filter is a device mainly used in highly corrosive industries. All components that come into contact with the material can be made of reinforced polypropylene material, thus having extremely high corrosion resistance. The production process runs fully automatically, with the filter disc remaining static, and the filter cloth operating intermittently. The suction time and slag discharge time are flexibly adjustable, making it particularly suitable for products with high vacuum filtration requirements, and it operates stably even at a limit vacuum of -0.095Mpa. The operating speed, feed amount, and washing water amount can be freely adjusted according to production needs. This equipment has mature technology and stable operation, mainly applied in chemical, metallurgy, papermaking, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
