Equipment Features

Working Principle of Belt Press
It uses a three-bed filter cloth structure, divided into gravity dewatering area and wedge-shaped pressing area, both operating with variable frequency speed control. First, the slurry is fed into the gravity dewatering area for pre-dewatering through natural sedimentation, then the concentrated slurry enters the wedge-shaped pressing area for pressing dewatering, achieving solid-liquid separation through continuous pressing by the pressing rollers.
