The PBF mobile disc vacuum filter is a highly automated filtering device. It uses filter cloth or filter mesh as the medium, allowing the slurry to be laid horizontally on the filtering medium, fully utilizing the gravity of the slurry and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. The production process runs fully automatically but operates intermittently, with an efficiency of about 0.8 times that of the DU series. However, it is cheaper to manufacture, which is why it is prioritized by many industrial sectors. The operating speed, feed amount, and washing water amount can be freely adjusted according to production needs. This type of equipment has mature technology, stable operation, and is widely used in industries such as power environmental protection, mining, chemical, metallurgy, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and coal.

Equipment Usage Characteristics
1. Feeding, filtering, washing, slag removal, and filter cloth regeneration can be continuously and automatically completed, with a high degree of automation. 2. Multi-stage countercurrent or concurrent washing of materials can be performed, and the filtrate (mother liquor) and washing liquid can be collected separately.
3. For materials with poor filtration and high viscosity, thin-layer rapid filtration can be achieved.
4. No need for sealing lubrication water during operation, ensuring the concentration of the mother liquor, suitable for chemical enterprises with water quantity requirements.
5. Modular design allows for flexible combinations and strong adaptability. PLC control is used for easy remote and centralized control.
