1. The central skeleton of the rubber belt is made of four layers of bonded polyester EP200 material, forming a ring structure, in accordance with GB6758 regulations.
2. The tensile performance of the skeleton layer meets: breaking strength ≥ 200N/mm, breaking elongation ≤ 20%.
3. The acid and alkali resistance of the rubber belt meets PH2-12, with a usage temperature of 0-110°, and vacuum negative pressure within -0.06.
4. The physical and mechanical properties of the rubber cover layer of the filter belt meet: tensile strength ≥ 12Mpa, breaking elongation ≥ 400%, wear amount ≤ 1.0cm³/1.61Km, hardness 65A±5 (Shore).
5. The dimensional tolerance of the filter belt meets: the deviation of the inner circumference on both sides is between -90mm to +90mm. Thickness deviation is ±1.5mm. Width deviation is ±10mm.
6. The appearance of the filter belt meets: the surface is uniform and smooth, with no bulges, cracks, or other manufacturing defects.
7. Skirt type C, height 125, bottom edge width 50, meeting the requirements for on-site cold bonding performance.
